Dear Liguori Family,
Founded in 2016 on the belief that every young person deserves Boundless Love and a real path to success, Liguori Academy was created to serve the students of Philadelphia; especially those living in what we unapologetically refer to as education deserts, choice deserts, and communities blocked from career focused education access. Our mission has always been clear: to meet 100% of our students’ financial and educational needs so that circumstance never determines opportunity.
Today, Liguori stands as a leader in School Choice, Transformation, Accessibility, and Outstanding Education. We provide real skills, real jobs, and real futures for students who have been historically overlooked. This year marks a milestone in that mission: the acquisition of two permanent buildings, ensuring long-term stability and a home where purpose, discipline, and workforce preparation can flourish for generations.
We are deeply grateful for the transformational support of The Aldrich Foundation, whose belief in Liguori has made this future possible.
As we look ahead, we are excited to expand our career and college ready curriculum with the goal of spreading the Liguori mission to other educational organizations and areas of the City of Philadelphia.
We look forward to being Philadelphia’s leading voice for school choice, and expand access to the life-changing education our students deserve.

The Coppola Society
The Coppola Society is named in memory of Sister Angela Joseph Coppola. Angela was a sister servant of the Immaculate Heart of Mary and a veteran educator with over 50 years of experience in the classroom and as an administrator in the city of Philadelphia and surrounding suburbs. A dear friend of the founder, Michael Marrone, Angela was instrumental in establishing the first advisory board of educational experts who created what we know today as Liguori Academy.
